What Happens Once I’ve Decided On A Plot?
You sign two copies of the Offer Letter, pay for your plot in full, and then we start the paperwork process, during which you must give us copies of Your ID, KRA PIN, Postal Address, and three passport photos. Once the Sale Agreement and Transfer Documents are finished, we wait for the Title Deed.

Do The Plots Have Ready Title Deeds?
We own our land; none of our plots are held by outside parties, and we are not brokers. Due to this, dividing up the land and processing each buyer’s title is simple. once you have finished making all of the land’s payments. We promise that you will receive your title within 60 to 90 days, and sometimes even right away.
Are There Any Fees Associated With The Site Visits?
We don’t charge anything. As soon as you arrive, we assign you a driver, and our staff will be waiting for you, eager to make sure that you are comfortable during your visit. To make sure you enjoy the site visit, we also include a bottle of water.
Do You Sell To Kenyans Abroad?
Yes, we most definitely do. You can select the plot of your choice, and we’ll make the reservation for you. We then give you access to our corporate account details so you may transfer the funds. Then you provide us your information exactly as you want it to appear on the Title when it is transferred to you. We process the Titles within 3 months after receiving payment. When the title is completed, you have two options: we can ship or mail it to you, or you can write to us and ask us to give the title deed to a member of your family or your attorney. Can We Buy As A Group, A Company, A Business, Or Chama?
Of course you can. You will select two trustees to serve as your representatives while filling out the paperwork for a group or chama, and we will also need a copy of your registration certificate. A company or business must have sealed documents for both the company or business and its directors.
Do the projects have a lease or are they freehold?
All of our projects are freehold.

Our Purchase Process.
01. Response to a customer’s query by the Moran Group
Within 24 hours of receiving your inquiry, a member of our customer care team will get back to you. To assist you in making an informed investment decision, information on the desired property may be supplied via email or a meeting with a Moran Group sales team may be scheduled.
02. Plot identification & site visit
Determine the land parcel that you want to buy. A site visit to the Moran Group project will be scheduled by a pertinent site representative.
03. Plot reservation
You can reserve the plot using the subdivision site map after the site visit. Fill up the booking and application forms available at the Moran Group offices.
04. Submission of the required documents
You will need to present your original Identity (ID) Card, a copy of your KRA PIN certificate, and a colored passport-size photo.
05. Confirmation of the reserved plot
The plot will be held by Moran Group for seven (7) days following the date of booking, at which point a representative will contact you to confirm if you’re still interested in concluding the purchase.
06. Offer Letter
The Moran Group will issue a letter of offer stating the terms and conditions of the sale once intent to purchase the plot has been verified. You can pay the first deposit for the property you want to buy using the bank account information provided in the letter of offer for the Moran Group project. Within seven (7) days of the application date, the letter of offer will be issued. You will have fourteen (14) days to accept the letter of offer, which must be signed three (3) times as proof of your understanding of the terms and conditions included therein.
07. Payment confirmation
Use the bank account information specified in the offer letter to make the deposit. In order for us to give a formal receipt for the payment made, the deposit slip must be provided to Moran Group as confirmation of the payment.
09. Title deed preparation
As soon as the plot has been fully paid for in accordance with the provisions of the sale agreement, we shall start the process of transferring the property to your name.
10. Affiliation with the property
Following that, we will provide a letter of completion of payment, allowing you to occupy the property.
11. Transfer, stamp duty & legal expenses
For the purpose of facilitating the transfer and obtaining the title deed in your name, we will liaise with our advocates and advise you on the necessary sums for legal fees, registration fees, stamp duty, and any other payments. (Use KRA iTax portal to pay your stamp duty.)
12. Title Deed Collection
We will get in touch with you to acquire the title deed within seven (7) days of the transfer process being finished and the advocate providing the title deed in your name. When picking up your title deed, you must have your original identity card on hand.
